At Kiva Wellness, we want you to feel as good as you look; if you are not completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached before placing them in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
